Meet the Team

Our service is led by a multidisciplinary team of highly experienced clinicians, all with deep expertise in autism and neurodevelopmental conditions across the lifespan.

  • Dr Elizabeth Kilbey is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of working in specialist neuro developmental services and with adults ,children and families with complex presentations. She has worked in the NHS and the private sector and across health, education and social care settings.

  • Dr Ruth Rogers is a dual trained Educational Psychologist, & Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with over 20 years’ experience working with adults, children and families in various health, educational and childcare settings including in mainstream schools, special schools, and specialist units.

  • Dr Thakur an experienced Consultant Neurodevelopmental Paediatrician with over 20 years' experience in Paediatrics. She is trained in assessment of all aspects of Neurodevelopment such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Developmental Delay, Dyspraxia, Learning Difficulties and Sleep Problems related to these conditions.

  • Aaron is an experienced business professional with over 30 years experience in a range of organisations, from multi-nationals to start-ups.

    Most recently Aaron established a market leading organisation in the field of Psychology & Psychiatry services.

  • In addition to the Clinical Directors we work with a network of Associates from a range of professions including Paediatricians, Psychiatrists, Highly specialist SaLT, Clinical, Educational, Counselling and Forensic Psychology & OT, all of whom are highly experienced clinicians and are registered with the GMC/HCPC. Associates are all trained to work to the highest NICE standards, ensuring quality and consistency of the service delivery, as well as receiving ongoing supervision and support from the Clinical Directors. We also work with other staff including neurodevelopmental practitioners and professionals in training, such as Assistant Psychologists, who work under the supervision of an experienced clinician when appropriate.
